The Continence Coach
With 25 years of nursing experience, Bronwyn Peck
currently works as a Nurse Continence Specialist (12 years)
and previously as a Paediatric
Nurse. Working in both public and private practice, she
provides advice to people of all ages from birth to the elderly and specialises
in the treatment of continence conditions in children, especially those with neurodiverse
conditions such as Intellectual Disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention
Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Other services she provides include toilet
training, catheter management and continence product recommendations.

Little Bo Sleep
Lauren is a Gentle Sleep & Conscious Parenting Coach and provides support to parents with children of any age being able to understand and work through their challenges in parenting and sleep. Focusing on using connection, communication and compassion to build secure attachment, respectful relationships, resilient and well rested children. As the mum of 2 she understands first hand the challenges parents experience and creates a safe space for parents to be able to share their struggles and gain support in a judgement free space.

Ginny's custom recordings play a key role in this process, educating children about the brain-bladder connection, creating a calming bedtime environment, boosting confidence, and developing new pathways between the brain and bladder.

Terry has over 25 years of physiotherapy experience and has post graduate qualifications in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne. She has extensive experience in pelvic health and supports clients who need help with continence, pelvic floor, prostate or pregnancy related issues. She is also able to assist children who have bladder, bowel or toilet training issues. Terry previously managed the Victorian Continence Resource Centre where she ran a busy NDIS Continence assessment clinic, and helped create new resources such as the Reclaim Your Core pelvic floor booklets website to bring pelvic health awareness to young women and teens.

Nathalie Biviano is a trauma informed life coach, specialising in navigating marriage after babies. She’s also a Mama Rising® Facilitator, a matrescence activist, and a published author. Her mission is to elevate emotional intimacy within the marriage unit and she helps women to be held, seen and supported by their partners.

Elisa Donath is a physiotherapist dedicated in helping children and teenagers, in partnership with their caregivers, to achieve their continence goals. She recognises the impact that continence challenges can have on the child or teenager’s sense of self worth, as well as the significant family frustration that can result from these problems. Utmost effort is placed upon ensuring that appointments are kept positive, and goal orientated, to give patients and their families a sense of empowerment on this journey.

Kids on Track Consultancy
Ariella Lew is a paediatric nurse and director of Kids on Track Consultancy. She supports families with issues affecting their day to day lives including sleep, toilet training, challenging behaviour, sibling rivalry and differing parenting philosophies within the family unit. Ariella also works as a support coordinator for NDIS clients and a case manager for anyone who is needing it in order to ensure that her clients are able to access the best supports and that parents do not feel overwhelmed.
