Refund policy

12 Month Warranty

We are so confident of our products that we offer a 12 month warranty. If there are any faults within 12 months, we will gladly replace your product.

To start a claim, you must contact us at goodnight@themidnightgang.com. We’ll ask you some questions and then will send you the instructions and address of where to send the products. Once the products have been inspected to determine the fault, we will let you know of the outcome and if the warranty claim has been accepted, we will arrange the replacement ASAP.

Faults that are not accepted are:

• High heat was used in washing or drying
• Harsh chemicals have been used when washing
• Products have been dry cleaned

In the event that the same product variant is out of stock, we will offer you a different size or print. We will cover the shipping costs for all warranty replacements.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We cannot accept returns on any products that have been washed or used or are no longer in their original packaging.

Exchanges
If you change your mind or ordered the wrong product and would like to exchange a product, please contact us at goodnight@themidnightgang.com so we can process your exchange ASAP. Once we receive your original product in unused and unopened condition, your replacement will be shipped out. Please note that return shipping and shipping of your new item will be at the expense of the customer.

Refunds                                                                                                                           For any change of mind returns, refunds will be given (excluding shipping costs) if the following has been met.

• Returned within 30 days of purchase
• Unwashed and unused
• Product is in the original packaging

For returns outside of the 30 day period, an exchange or store credit will be offered. 

 

Return Shipping                                                                                                        Where the product is faulty or the wrong products were sent, we at The Midnight Gang will cover the cost of shipping.

For change of mind returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
