With a background as a Paediatric Registered Nurse, Caite brings invaluable expertise, including the ability to prepare Incontinence Assessments. Holding a Bachelor of Nursing, Graduate Certificate in Clinical Nursing (Paediatrics), and Master of Advanced Practice Nursing (Paediatrics), Caite offers a wealth of knowledge cultivated across diverse healthcare environments in Darwin and SE QLD.

Caite embarked on her journey in healthcare, transitioning from the acute mental health ward to NICU/SCN in Darwin. her passion for paediatrics blossomed through exposure to various medical, surgical, and infectious disease wards. Specialising in paediatric emergency departments and gaining experience in general medical/surgical settings, Caite now contributes her expertise to paediatric intensive care, adeptly managing a spectrum of medical and surgical conditions.

Caite embodies a holistic approach to patient care, recognising the profound impact on the entire family unit as she too is a mother of children with different diagnosis’ including ASD, ADHD, Epilepsy, Tourettes, and Cerebral Palsy.

With 11 years of nursing experience across the community, public and private sectors, Melinda Webb is well suited to support your continence needs. Melinda has a passion for assisting people with their continence concerns and helping to make their lives better.

Melinda is currently completing her graduate diploma in stomal therapy, which includes advanced continence assessment as well as wound management.

Offering services to suit all types of neurodiversity across the lifespan starting from age 6, Melinda provides comprehensive assessment, recommendations, product prescriptions, NDIS reports and ongoing support for incontinence, bedwetting, toilet training, toileting behaviours and catheter management. 

Lauren is a Gentle Sleep & Conscious Parenting Coach and provides support to parents with children of any age being able to understand and work through their challenges in parenting and sleep. 

Focusing on using connection, communication and compassion to build secure attachment, respectful relationships, resilient  and well rested children. 

As the mum of 2 she understands first hand the challenges parents experience and creates a safe space for parents to be able to share their struggles and gain support in a judgement free space.

Ginny offers a unique program designed to help children stop bedwetting. The focus is on understanding the potential causes of wet nights while improving communication between the brain and bladder, which is a common underlying factor in bedwetting. Ginny's custom recordings play a key role in this process, educating children about the brain-bladder connection, creating a calming bedtime environment, boosting confidence, and developing new pathways between the brain and bladder. 

Terry has over 25 years of physiotherapy experience and has post graduate qualifications in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne. She has extensive experience in pelvic health and supports clients who need help with continence, pelvic floor, prostate or pregnancy related issues. She is also able to assist children who have bladder, bowel or toilet training issues.

Terry previously managed the Victorian Continence Resource Centre where she ran a busy NDIS Continence assessment clinic, and helped create new resources such as the Reclaim Your Core pelvic floor booklets website to bring pelvic health awareness to young women and teens.

Ariella Lew is a paediatric nurse and director of Kids on Track Consultancy. She supports families with issues affecting their day to day lives including sleep, toilet training, challenging behaviour, sibling rivalry and differing parenting philosophies within the family unit. Ariella also works as a support coordinator for NDIS clients and a case manager for anyone who is needing it in order to ensure that her clients are able to access the best supports and that parents do not feel overwhelmed.

Elisa Donath is a physiotherapist dedicated in helping children and teenagers, in partnership with their caregivers, to achieve their continence goals. She recognises the impact that continence challenges can have on the child or teenager’s sense of self worth, as well as the significant family frustration that can result from these problems. Utmost effort is placed upon ensuring that appointments are kept positive, and goal orientated, to give patients and their families a sense of empowerment on this journey.

Nathalie Biviano is a trauma informed life coach, specialising in navigating marriage after babies. She’s also a Mama Rising® Facilitator, a matrescence activist, and a published author. Her mission is to elevate emotional intimacy within the marriage unit and she helps women to be held, seen and supported by their partners.
